Research Contributions:

Our group focuses on exploring the synthesis and properties of novel materials, particularly transition-metal oxides and hybrid halide perovskites, in the form of both thin films, nanomaterials and mixed-dimensional nanocomposites.  We target at diverse electronic and energy applications including field effect transistors, nonvolatile memories, solar cells and photodetectors. Our contributions include more than 200 publications with more than 8000 citations (h-index: 50) and supervisions of more than 10 PhD students.
